Our mission is to help properties achieve a higher net operating income and to provide the resident with one of the best multifamily amenities at a much more affordable price.
We provide a service to apartment complexes where tenants can leave their trash on their doorstep Monday through Friday, and we collect it and take it to the dumpster for them. We arrive during a window of 8 AM - Noon, Monday through Friday. No trash pick up on Saturdays or Sundays.
No-Service holidays: New Year's Eve & New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
Standard Pricing: $35/Month per unit. Includes 5-day-a-week doorstep collection (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - Noon), dedicated property support, and compliance reporting.
Box Breakdown Add-on: $5 extra for breaking down and dumping boxes. First 3 boxes are free.
